Every single person who has ever tried to write an ebook gets to a certain phase where the ebook must be published. Nowadays, nobody publishes ebooks in plain text format. We have PDF format that’s incredibly powerful and can serve all our design wishes.
After all, we have software available that turns our ideas from plain text to marvelous designs – such as Sqribble, for example.
Except for one detail – the ebook cover. Or ecover, if you wish. These have to be designed separately, incorporated into our template and saved to appropriate format. Only then we can call our ebook finished. Only then we can publish it to whatever platform we wish and offer it to our visitors.
The covers are usually created in graphics software, such as Photoshop, turned into a .jpg file and added. But what if you could make your ebooks stand out with animated ecovers? Would it help increase your conversions, opt-in rates and downloads?
I sure think so.
Imagine a simple scenario – same author, same ad, same ebook, but with different ecovers. One standard and one animated. Here’s a simple example.

So…. Which ebook would get more of your attention when you see an advertisement or when you visit your online book store? Comparing an animated ecover to a static ecover seems really easy to me.
An animated ecover is not really a new idea, as you can see examples online already, although rarely. The reason is you need to create an animation for it to be possible, and this is usually not an easy task. Your best option would be to record a short video, add some animations in a specialized software and create animated cover.
But it’s a terribly technical process. If you’re not a video or animation wizz, chances are you have no idea how to create an animated ecover. Same here, I can say. So, our only and best chance is to get someone on Fiverr that will do it for us. And here, we can spend a lot of money in no time.
Or settle for our pretty, but static ecover, and risk being overlooked in a vast number of other ebooks available online.
But it does not have to be this way.
Some smart head got an idea to turn this complicated process into an app that can do it fast and easy. Ecoverly comes from an established publisher, Adeel Chowdhry. In case you don’t know him, here’s your chance. Between other products, he stands behind the best selling ebook creator, Sqribble.
Creating an app to add animated ecovers seems to be just the next logical step for him.
eCoverly is a new ebook cover creator tool that allows you to create beautiful animated ecovers for your books, reports, podcasts, programs, and whatever you might need them for.
A lot of ecover tools out there only allow you to create static covers, which is normal and totally fine. But looking around, you’ll notice that the world is changing. And it’s changing fast.
New York Times Bestselling Authors are jumping on the animated ecover bandwagon along with many major publishers already.
Honestly, it’s simple and understandable. It’s another way to grab your attention, because if you don’t have attention you don’t make sales. Yes, it’s that simple.
As you know and experience yourself every day, there’s heaps of competition out there online. So any little trick or gimmick you can use to stand out can make all the difference for your business.
eCoverly is (or will be) sold via the ClickBank network, which means your investment is secure. In case you’d change your mind after the purchase, your investment is covered by a money-back guarantee from Adeel Chowdhry and ClickBank will definitely make sure you get it.
The most important thing about eCoverly, in my opinion, is that with eCoverly you don’t need any animation or coding skills. You just load up a template and edit the content however you like or need.
Personally, I was surprised to see these templates are pretty sexy straight out of the gate, and way more professional than other design templates and tools I’ve used before. So my first impression was – wow, I can do it too.
Here’s a quick overview of the basic and core features.
There are 40 templates included to choose from and everything within them is fully editable.
With eCoverly, you also get 250 static templates to save you time and again they’re all fully editable.
Models are the shapes/types of product you want to create. You can for instance design an animated cover for a box, a CD, a report, or similar. With the basic license (FE), you get 20 of these different models to add your design to.
eCoverly is a simple tool, but also VERY easy to use and honestly, I think the results are pretty impressive. Normally, designs that are easily available using eCoverly would either cost $50+ or more per design, or you’d have to spend hours pulling your hair out with Adobe tools to create anything even remotely close to this. Awesome.
As mentioned, eCoverly also allows you to create simpler static ecovers. There are heaps of templates to save you time and there are many different product packaging styles too, including:
Here are some more features you will find inside eCoverly that I particularly liked.
A very smooth and easy to use editor for all basic needs. You can easily insert and resize images, add/edit/restyle fonts, change and colorize images, or apply different effects like grayscale, vignette, and grunge.
You can easily tweak the brightness and transparency of any image to make designs truly unique to your branding and needs.
This one make me laugh at first, but I found myself using it a lot during testing. So I’ll give it a star: you can listen to built-in music while designing your covers.
Right inside the main dashboard of eCoverly, you’ll find an image library. It gives you access to a massive collection of clip art, library images, and the ability to upload and save your own images also, which is great for adding logos, profile pics, etc to your designs.
eCoverly includes a font library and there are hundreds of fonts to choose from and each one can be customized with shadows, outlines, word space, and character spacing.
Nice touch if you’re working for clients, like I do. This allows you to share your designs directly with clients instead of uploading them to cloud drives or attaching them to emails. Very good, it shows Adeel knows about business needs.
For me personally, the biggest and main selling point is the quality of the animated covers eCoverly creates. These images just look amazing and way better than anything I could even find on Fiverr or Upwork. Plus, at no extra cost.
Right now, animated covers are a new thing, so it’s hard to find anyone who can help create them fast, cheaply, and to real professional standards. eCoverly actually very easily solves that problem for good.
The quality of these animated ecovers is quite next-level for a piece of software that does most of the work for you.
This quality of design (especially animated) is hard to find online and could easily cost you $50 or even $100 per cover. Now you can create them in seconds with this tool which is super exciting for me at least. I’m publishing quite a number of ebooks online on my sites, and this will truly give me a little bit of advantage when advertising.
This one is easy.
If you’re publishing ebooks online, or even thinking about it, then this is your software of choice right now. Like I said, in the overcrowded web environment every little advantage comes handy. And being seen by more people online simply translates into more business for you – or your clients, that is, but we’ll come to that a bit later.
Another example could be if you’re publishing reports, manuals, anything that fits into an ebook. Again, more visibility and fast recognition of branding will give you the edge to take your business or hobby to another level quickly.
Remember, during the launch week (starting on October 2nd), eCoverly is available for a single payment for lifetime access. The price will differ based on your choice of license, but it does not go beyond $67. Again, read on to learn more.
The launch of eCoverly, the animated ecover creator, is starting on October 2nd at 11 AM EST. It will only run for 6 days, after which the pricing will be changed to evergreen and the bonuses will almost completely be stripped away.
If you’re interested in it, I suggest you click the link below. Before the start of the launch, the link will take you to the webinar registration page. This webinar will begin just an hour before the actual launch. On the webinar, Adeel will present it in more details, but he will also present a special deal and bonuses for atendees.
More important, you will get notified about it so you don’t miss the early bird pricing. It’s definitely worth your time, I promise.
Well, I believe I’ve already answered that question. Yes. eCoverly is worth every penny they charge for it, especially at this moment when the animated ecovers thing is still relatively new. The older it gets, the less business you will be able to squeeze from it. So again, hurry up.
In case you’d like to learn a bit more about eCoverly, you’re welcome to follow the below links to my short review of eCoverly, where I also reveal the bonuses that will be available during the launch period. Or, and I would suggest you do just that, simply register for the webinar (if still available) for your chance of winning a prize from Adeel.
